Dani...Wow! You are the CLASSIC example of how orthognathic surgery can have such an impact, functionally and cosmetically. Your facial features are SO balanced and pretty! And, best of all, you do NOT look like you've had surgery. Maybe you could consider allowing your surgeon to use your pics to show to prospective surgery patients??

^I agree with Rhianna! Btw Dani, you had a genioplasty correct? Do you happen to know if your surgeon only advanced your chin or did he vertically reduce the height as well?
